Born Tijuana, Baja California, México (1975). Aldo Osuna holds a JD from the Baja California Autonomous University of Baja California (2002). His areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, enforcement of secured transactions (mortages, trusts) employment disputes and criminal law.
Prior to opening the firm, Aldo Osuna worked as in-house counsel with numerous companies in the retail electronics sector, telecommunications, and project financing.

Master in American Law (2015) by the Universidad Libre de Derecho de Sinalona, Master in Constitutional Law (2017) by the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Postgraduate in Political Science and Sociology (2023) by the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales de Argentina and PhD in Public Administration (2023) by the Universidad Anáhuac.
