The personal data collected by Osuna González y Asociados, S.C. will be treated in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility provided by Law and will be used solely and exclusively to provide the litigation and legal consulting services in which the Firm specializes.
The personal data we request for the provision of our services will be used for the following purposes:

1.  Establish contact by telephone or e-mail with you and follow up on the matters entrusted to you.
2.  Process the matters entrusted to you before the corresponding authorities.
3.  Generate a record for the internal database.
4.  Statistical purposes.
5.  To share news of legal-business interest.
6.  To carry out all the necessary internal procedures related to the contractual services in force, including matters of payment of services and issuance of receipts.
7.  Representation before administrative and judicial authorities.

In this sense, in order to comply with the aforementioned purposes, it is necessary to obtain the following personal data: Name, age, gender, nationality, address, place and date of birth, marital status, number of children, e-mail address and telephone number (either landline and/or mobile), Federal Taxpayer Registry Code, official identification with photograph, voter’s credential, driver’s license, passport, proof of address, telephone bill, monthly tax returns, annual, informative and complementary tax returns, patrimonial declarations, bank account statements, investment account statements, public deeds of properties, corporate information (ownership of company shares), tax regime, password of your portal in the Tax Administration Service platform, advanced electronic signature and your autographic signature.

Additionally, we inform you that due to the nature of the services we offer to the general public, it will not be necessary for you to provide us with any type of sensitive personal data that may require special care or specific protection.
Personal data will be collected directly from the owner of the same, either within the offices of Osuna González y Asociados, S.C. or through telephone and/or electronic means available.
The personal data you provide us will be kept under strict administrative, technical and physical security measures, trying to protect the integrity of such data and avoid its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use.
Our database of personal data collected, will be handled only by authorized personnel, which observes and complies with the principles of confidentiality and protection contained in the Law.

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO Rights) on your personal data, as well as the revocation at any time of the consent you granted for its treatment or request to limit its use or disclosure, through the procedures we have implemented for this purpose. We also inform you that Osuna González y Asociados, S.C., will NOT transfer personal data to third parties outside this company, and will only transmit to the relevant authorities the information strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above.
